Create a unique event on one of the Greek Islands, initially planned for 350 guests, and unexpectedly increased to 560.

Solution

After brainstorming multiple options while flying between islands, the activity of grape stomping on the island of Santorini emerged as the perfect idea. Despite the increased number of guests, we swiftly secured a new location and made all necessary arrangements for a mass grape stomping experience where guests would participate simultaneously.

Outcome

With remarkable speed and precision, we successfully orchestrated the construction of a grand ‘patitiri’, seamlessly hosting all attendees. The simultaneous mass grape stomping, using 30 tons of grapes, followed by a traditional and festive Greek luncheon, left guests in awe, creating unforgettable memories that will resonate for years to come.
